www.your-business-name.com first.
Even
though your business name might
be registered officially within
your state or your country,
the domain name on the World
Wide Web may be taken... Search
the availability of your potential
domain name and register right
away. Note that even
though your domain name might
be registered, your business
name may be taken within your
state or your country. So you
may want to check your business
name AND your business domain
name simultaneously.
Step
2 | Search the availability
of
your business name in Minnesota.
Just
enter the proposed name and
press "Search" on
the Web site of Minnesota
Secretary of State if your business
is located in Minnesota.
Search the availability of your
potential business name and
register right away.
Step
3 | Register Your Business
to Get a Minnesota Tax ID.
Register
your business with
Minnesota Revenue if you are
business is located in Minnesota
to receive Minnesota Tax ID
or notify any changes.

bank.
