It is YOU that gets people to
come because of your personality
and motivation. I really love
exercise because I found your
class! I used to think of it as
something I HAD to do and get
it over with as fast as possible.
I really enjoy being in your class,
and it has led me to try new things,
like yoga! You have changed my
life, and I hope you know how

"I
wanted to express my supreme gratitude
to you because, lately my diabetes
has really been coming under control
and I know that it is all because
of your class. I love it!! I'm
not someone who enjoys working
out on machines and whatnot...I
get bored, and therefore my blood
sugar readings would suffer. But
since I have started coming to
your class, my levels have been
maintained at a steady, healthy
level, my attitude has improved,
I've met some fun new people,
and just all around feel a lot
healthier!! So thank you, thank
you so much!!! That's pretty much
it. Just wanted to let you know
what a difference you have made!

I have always traveled for the
last three years or four years
from St. Paul because you have
such a wonderful class. I took
your class when I was 50 lbs larger
in the back row, red in the face,
hardly able to stay 15 minutes.
Now when I go, I love to be in
the front row! I have very little
free time and Highland or St.
Paul is closer but you are positive
and have a wonderful class it
is worth the drive!! Thank you
for inspiring!!"
